Danita Lewis is the Global Account Director for iiPay, with more than 15 years leading strategic initiatives that drive global impact in People Operations and Payroll Solutions. She has a passion for transformation and identifying forward-thinking strategies, Danita focuses on anticipating client needs and crafting next-level solutions that elevate payroll from a functional process to a strategic advantage.  Based in Dallas, Texas, she is a frequent global traveler, continually expanding her expertise and insights across diverse markets to support clients around the world.  Danita is also committed to personal and professional growth, including her ongoing pursuit of Spanish fluency.
