Monthly Education Meeting - April 16, 2026, Employers and Child Support Partnership
About the class:
In this session, we will cover all the different ways the employer community and the child support offices interact and communicate regarding, IWO, VOE, NMSN, Terminations, and Payments. In addition, we will be covering the different electronic resources for employers developed by the OCSS to make communications streamline between the employer and Child Support Agencies.
About the speaker:
Sam Keck is on the OCSE Employer Services Team as the Business Lead on E-IWO. Sam worked for six years on the Employer Services Team at Indiana's Child Support Bureau, where he spent two years as the team lead. Sam also served as a SME (Subject Matter Expert) on the Indiana INvest Project to replace the state-child support system.
