About our Speakers:

Gustavo (Tavo) Vasconcelos, founder and CEO of Asinpa, has over 25 years of experience in software engineering and business strategy. He specializes in leadership, application development, enterprise architecture, IT governance, project management, and operations. 

At BenefitMall, Tavo served as VP of Application Development, overseeing payroll applications for 25,000 clients and leading key modernization projects. In his previous role at CompuPay, he transformed the IT department through best practices and IT governance. 

Tavo's expertise in leveraging technology to generate business value, combined with his strategic vision and leadership skills, significantly contributes to Asinpa's growth and innovation in IT services. Additionally, he actively participates in professional organizations, holding positions as a Board Member of The Little Elm Education Foundation, Shift/Co, and serving as an Advisory Board Member of Tech Titans. 

Michael Anderson is Asinpa’s Chief Risk Advisor and CISO.   Michael helps boards and executive teams navigate the high-stakes terrain of cybersecurity, compliance, and digital trust. He previously served as Chief Information Security Officer and Chief Privacy Officer for Dallas County, as well as Chief Information Security Officer for Dallas Independent School District—both billion-dollar organizations with tens of thousands of employees. With over a decade of experience, he has built resilient cyber and privacy programs using standardized frameworks that drive measurable risk reduction and enterprise-wide impact.
