Retirement & Social Security by Cecilia Chacon & Carrine Totten from the Social Security Administration

Celina Chacon is the Public Affairs Specialist for the Dallas Metro. She has over 16 years of Public Service with Social Security and most of those were spent in the field office as a Customer Service Representative, a Retirement, Survivors & Disability Claims Specialist and Operations Supervisor. In her current role Celina regularly communicates with congressional offices, and the general public to promote a better understanding of Social Security benefits and services.

Carrine Totten has been with Social Security for 15 years. Seven of those years she spent in management. She is currently serving as a Public Affairs Specialist for the Dallas Metro and Southern Oklahoma area. Carrine currently lives in McAlester, OK where she loves waking up to the sound of her rooster crowing and here very stubborn miniature donkeys calling for breakfast. Carrine keeps busy working on the farm and playing soccer mom to her 3 children.
