Meeting/Event Information

This Lone Star Study Group - FPC Spring Series is designed to assist you in obtaining your FPC Certification.  This covers 4 Saturday virtual classes designed to cover the FPC Fundamentals Certification from PayrollOrg.

We begin our series with Payroll 101 Basics - this 6-hour class is designed for to give the participant the foundation for payroll concepts that will carry forward as we go through the remaining weeks of the study group. Followed by 3 Saturdays (8am-4pm) where we will be reviewing all the course curriculum. There are 2 additional classes that are designed to further prepare you for the FPC Test. Calculations will take a deep dive into basic payroll calculations, while the FPC Review/Test Taking class, helps pave the way to testing.

2/20/27 - Chapter 3 - Payroll Basics, Chapter 1 - Payroll Fundamentals - 8 AM - 4 PM

2/27/27 - Chapter 2 - Fundamentals of Payroll Operations, Chapter 6 - Payroll Accounting - 8 AM - 4 PM

3/6/27 - Chapter 5 - Tax Reporting, Chapter 4 - Payroll Benefit Basics, and Chapter 7 - Professional Payroll Skills & Responsibilities - 8 AM - 4 PM

3/20/27 - FPC Test Taking Tips and FPC Review  - 8 AM - 4 PM
