About our Class:

Payroll Like A Boss challenges payroll professionals to move beyond the traditional perception of payroll as a transactional back-office function and recognize their role as a strategic business partner.  Based on the principles present in Payroll Like A Boss. Your Guide to Strategic Payroll, this session explores how ownership, professionalism, communication, collaboration, strategic thing, technology, and measurable results can elevate both payroll professionals and the payroll function. 

Participants will examine how taking ownership of payroll outcomes, communicating payroll's value, building effective cross-functional relations, embracing change and technology, and using meaningful metrics can strengthen payroll's impact within an organization. The session encourages participants to asses how they currently approach their roles and identify practical actions they can take to increase their effectiveness, and contribution to the organization.
