SECURE 2.0 Act Update for Payroll & HR Professionals (2026)
This session is designed specifically for payroll and HR professionals who play a critical role in administering and supporting retirement plans under the SECURE 2.0 Act. Gain a practical understanding of how new and evolving provisions impact payroll operations, employee communications, and plan administration.
We’ll cover key mandatory and optional changes, including Roth catch-up requirements, increased catch-up limits for ages 60–63, student loan matching contributions, emergency withdrawal provisions, and updated rules for part-time employees. The course also highlights implementation timelines, system and process considerations, and what payroll and HR teams need to coordinate with recordkeepers and plan sponsors.
Attendees will leave with actionable insights to help ensure compliance, streamline operations, and effectively support employees as these new retirement plan features roll out through 2026 and beyond.

Kiley Robinette
Kiley has been in the finance arena for almost 25 years with 13 of those as a financial advisor and 12 as a 401(k) wholesaler. This gives him a unique perspective from the financial advisor side and the distribution side. He has helped over 700 employers evaluate and enhance their respective retirement plans. He is well known in his industry in providing insights to current market trends and wants to be a resource for companies to help them stay informed of the ever-changing market place. In addition, Kiley helps educate individuals to identify and plan for their future financial needs.
Kiley and Christy live in Denver with kids Tori, Lauryn and Evelyn. Kiley is an avid traveler having visited 25 countries on 5 continents. He also is an avid Oregon Ducks fan. When the Ducks are not playing, he enjoys skiing, biking, golfing, scuba diving and looking for new adventures
