June Monthly Education Meeting - Leading Through the Rush; Maintaining Urgency Without Losing Your COOL!
About our Class:
Constant fire drills lead to fatigue, not productivity. In order to drive performance, leaders must shift from reacting to urgency. This presentation provides a framework for setting high-stakes urgency while providing the calm, steady leadership needed to execute differently. Participants will learn how to set clear priorities, foster proactive problem-solving, and balance intensity with recovery to maintain momentum without exhausting their teams.
